BTDongles.com offers an unconditional 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our products, you may return them within 30 days of the ship date for a full refund (minus shipping & handling charges).

NOTE: If you decide to return a product, please contact us to get a Return Authorization before shipping the product back to us. Products returned without an accompanying Return Authorization may not be accepted.

International customers

Please remember that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Packages sometimes do get lost in the mail, and we have no way to track your order down, unless it was shipped via USPS Global Express Mail, UPS, or FedEx.

Sometimes "lost" packages are held by Customs. If you haven't received your package within ten business days, please contact us, and we will send you the Customs Label number, which you can use to inquire about your package at your local Customs office.

If you decide to return a product, please contact us to get return authorization. Products returned without an accompanying Return Authorization may not be accepted.

If the product fails after the initial 30 days, BTDongles.com will repair or exchange the item at no charge. This warranty is valid for one year, starting from the date on the invoice.
